Well, we are heading into our fourth year as One Green World and we are off to a great start. Over the last few months, we have delivered activities and training in various Manchester parks including Delamere Park, Moss Side Park, Kingswood Park and Kirkup Gardens. We have worked with Parrs Wood Environmental Centre and been improving public green spaces with Southway Housing Trust. We have also put in some woodland management work days at Highfield Country Park and continued to plant trees with Red Rose Forest too. We work closely with the volunteers at the University of Manchester among other volunteers, and want to thank everyone who has contributed to these projects over the months. We look forward to working with you again in our future projects. We are just about to start a food growing programme with Manchester City Council. The idea is to engage school children, young people and adults with growing food, cooking it and eating it. Don't forget to check out our photo's on Facebook.
