About Ian McDougall
Ian has a passion for green spaces and conservation and working with communities to achieve goals to enrich lives. Ian started his career as a time-served engineer before he worked in parks and green-space management. Ian is a natural teacher who has worked with young children, teenagers and adults for many years in the outdoor environment.
"My interest lies in biodiversity and sustaining and improving the habitats of our flora and fauna while making open green spaces more accessible to all. My aim is always to improve our use of and love of open green spaces whether they be in public parks, country parks, school grounds or your street or private back garden".

About Sarah McDdougall
Sarah has a background in adult education , training and HR with 25 years experience teaching and learning. Sarah loves growing and cooking real food and believes in bringing these skills to everyone. As well as running the One Green World office, Sarah loves to get out and meet people and join in with the projects and workshops.

We have chosen creation, education and conservation as our drivers because they summarise the wide ranging scope of work that we deliver. Current projects range from teaching outdoor education and environmental conservation to creating bespoke furniture and art or maintaining public buildings and redeveloping existing public facilities.
